ingredients
Base:
- 200g cracker biscuits
- 70g melted butter
Filling:
- 400g cream cheese
- 100g icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 ml Oshikandela Guava
instructions
- Crush biscuits to fine consistency, mix with melted butter and press firmly into a tart tin to form the base. Chill while preparing the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla extract and Oshikandela Guava and whip until soft peaks form.
- Spoon the mixture over the chilled base, smooth the top and refrigerate until set.
